92 4x4 camber adjust? (alignment?)

my front left tire is wearing rapidly unevenly on the inside (the front-right is too, just not as fast). The toe-in is adjusted ok; I suspect the camber is off, and I was told by a nearby tire/alignment place that I'd need to take it in to a shop that 'specializes' in 4x4/solid front axle trucks to get it tested and adjusted.

What goes into adjusting the camber on a 1992 Dodge Ram 250 4x4 (manual 5-spd)? Do I need to buy a kit?
