I am currently running my Smarty on SW7, Tq 3, Rail 2, Timing 2,Waste gate off (kind of my fun tune). I have tried SW3, SW5 and SW9 and played with all the settings up and down with each and truck runs fine with all of them except got to watch egt's on SW9 and a little on SW7 WOT. I am currently driving real easy and slow and still only getting about 13mpg and don't think I have ever got 15mpg and I keep hearing people tell me they are getting 18mpg+. Any ideas on a good setting for long trip comming up? My tires are 34/11.50/17's and I have 3.73 gears along with everything in sig. I notice my truck runs hotter than others and my mpg is lower and I wonder if it is because of the 3rd injection crap on the 07. Any ideas? I have a Arson 3 kit to install but my rail pressure is way over 25,000 WOT so I don't think it would help with mpg. Also looking at 90hp nozzels but figure my mpg will take a huge hit after that. Diesel is $4.05 to day.
