Sick of this thing. Codes help

Ok my truck is hiccuping on occasion while driving. Dies occasionally at idle. Never really started till trans installed in November. Other day my temp maxed a couple times for a split second on my dash but not on my quad. The tach also jumped a couple times but not on quad. No clue if this is related. My problem with the codes is I have a tc lockup, bd rad, and a quad adren. So not sure what all codes are real. The injection pump was changed last summer. The timbo apps was installed bout year and a half ago. I'm thinking vp still but hope I get steered to other options. Here's the list. I haven't hooked a scanner up for the 1693 codes but just quick key trick.
