Bought this turbo to put on my '92, but decided to go a different route, and may be selling the truck soon to boot. :(
It is a used turbo I got off of a 1st gen buddy of mine. No in/out play and like new side to side play. Wheels look like new as well.
Has the cast exhaust elbow with it. It is a later turbo that uses the same downpipe flange as the HE351VE turbo.
