Went to have my 130,000 mile 2011 2500 2wd aligned, and the service center said the ball joints were shot and it couldn't be aligned... Always suspect of service shops, I bought some new joints anyway... When I began dissasembly to install them I couldn't find any slop in 3 of them, and only slight movement in the lower driver side... Sure, the rubber cover is dried and cracked but they seem to move fine with the truck jacked up and as said I couldn't move 3 of them at all by hand and no slack found in the other steering components... Am I missing something and should replace, or save my $475... Thanks
