I have a 2003 cumminns and it just died the other day. The code it displayed was P0628 which is "lifter pump curcuit, low voltage". I cannot find a relay anywhere for it not in the fuse box nor an after market one on the firewall or under the dash. I put a brand new fuel pump in the fuel tank and that was not the problem either. I know the fuel oump used to be on the back of the motor behind the filter housing, and I cannot find any wires from where it use to be. Im really hoping they didnt program a relay in the ECM. Can anybody help me because I'm really starting to get frustrated.
