I installed my airdog 150 yesterday and when I was dropping the tank I couldn't get the wiring harness off of the fuel basket cover, so me being the airhead I can be cut the wires with the batteries hooked up and shorted it out, I later realized that I actually needed them for the fuel gauge. I got butt connectors and connected them back up correctly, but the fuel gauge still doesn't work it's below the e line with the low fuel indicator on. No fuses are blown, what could I have messed up by doing that? Any input is greatly appreciated!! I can't have a fuel gauge that doesn't work!
