Howdy- New to this forum and have a quick question about my new truck.
I just got a Limited 3500 Mega dually with the 4.10 gears. I want to throw on a set of American Force 22" Independence wheels with 37x13.50 Toyo MT tires. Question being, what lift to go with.
I had a 2007 Mega 2500 with 35's on it for 300K miles no lift. I assume I can stick 37's on this new one with a 3" lift? :confused013:
A few years ago I found Lorenz Industries Plush Ride suspensions and read an article that it was the best for mainly on road with good off road capability. Lets face it I will be on road 99% of the time. Is this still a quality company for a 3" kit? I am looking for a plush ride as my truck is my office. I've looked at Kore and Carli as well but have not read a recent compare of the three.
Can I get buy with a 3" or need a 6"? If a 6" then who? BDS?
I know opinions are like ___holes, everyone has one but I am asking for your opinion and any facts to support your opinion please. The truck is a big investment and the suspension needs to be the just as an important investment. On a side note, is a brake upgrade needed on the newer trucks for the bigger rubber? Had EBC slotted and green pads on my 2500 that worked well.
Thanks for all your info and look forward to being on this forum for a long time! :blues:
