U0001 Code After Recon Big Rig Ice Install

Hello everyone. I installed the Recon Big Rig Ice Running Lights tonight and now have a CEL with the code u0001. Have done some research on it and havent came up with much of anything. Does anyone have ideas on why i could be having this code?? I didnt go piercing a bunch of wires, i knew which ones i needed and just tapped them.
