Headlights not hitting middle of the road

Hey guys. Got a set of beamers HIDs in an 08. For some strange reason each light is aiming the light into the ditches and not the center of the road. For example at 60mph I can nearly outrun the light in the middle of the road, but the ditches are lit up like daylight! The stock bulbs shot more light in the middle of the road. I've installed lots of HIDs before and never had this happen. On these trucks though there is only up and down adjustment though correct?
