Blown head gasket? Need advise

I'm not sure if I have a blown head gasket or not but from the research I could find I believe it could be.

I know you need to let the truck warm up to operating temp, which I almost always have. However about a week ago, I was leaving a party where someone else's car rolled down a hill into my truck (just got painted, long story) and I was too pissed off to let it warm up. I wasn't overly hard into the throttle or anything but I wasn't being easy on it either. I hit around 30psi maybe 35 on the road before I got going to fast and noticed there was smoke coming out from the hood, so i turned around and limped it back to where I had left... It was idling slightly weird (not sure why?) as I was coming up the driveway... Shut it off and opened the hood... Smoke everywhere (I'm guessing from the coolant getting on the mani). Coolant was literally falling out of the back of the engine but it was too dark to see if it was a freezeplug or the head gasket. Had it towed to my brothers house (I'm away at college) and he said that it looks like there is oil coming out of the front of the head. He also said that its very low on oil, maybe 4qts left or so. Do these symptoms sound like a blown head gasket (possibly in 2 places)?

Assuming it is blown, what is the best way to deal with the head? Is it necessary to get it resurfaced? And if it gets resurfaced, does it need a thicker gasket? Also, I've seen on CPP that the aftermarket gaskets are just as good as the oem gaskets.... I don't know whether to believe this or not because I've always seen people say to go the oem route. I already have headstuds that will go in when/if it's a blown HG.

Let me know what you think
