Hy35 to hx35 swap

Need help on what I need to do to go from a hy to he on my 01 auto I've heard down pipe and oil lines is this right or is there more I need.also what do I need to look at finding a hx35 are there different mounting flanges,blade counts, and housings? Thanks for the help
