So I plugged in my truck when I got home and walked to my passenger side door and grabbed the handle and it shocked the crap out of me! I unplugged it and it didn't do it so I figured out what was causing it. Do I have a short in my truck wire or could it possibly be I plugged in a damp extension chord that was outside (we have snow here right now)
