my code throwing machine!

I went out today to start up my truck before to warm up a bit, started right up. my trucks not a daily driver, i mostly only drive it when its hooked to something. It had been over a month since i started it. I hoped in about 5-10 mins later , and seen the CEL on. pluged in my smarty. at the time i was running TNT-R sw#7 TM-3 TQ-3 RP-stock RPM-stock WG-off shif-stock.

I took off it started in 2nd gear. hmm problem.... plugged smarty in... said 7 codes.

cleared them. took off, first gear tacked out, then slammed, second, then slammed 3rd then shifted normal into OD.

Drove 2 miles shut it off, read codes, I had all of them back, (CEL never went off) cleared codes, started truck took off. started out in 2nd again, slammed gears till OD shifted smooth.

Drove back to my garge, check fuses, my TQ lock up switch (ohm out), then cleared codes, had four, that came back. map sensor voltage low, 5v power supply to high, Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor HIgh, and Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Low.

drive truck shifted fine, then cleared them. 3 came back map sensor voltage low, 5v power supply to high and Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Low. cleared them, and also returned truck back to stock setting.

drove truck shifter like a dream, and no codes, drove truck back to my garage hopped in my DD and left truck there.... so whats everyones $.02?
