5.5kgsk valve springs

(title is wrong) im planning on picking up a 5kgsk. can i run 60lb springs if im not going to be running past 4? also, if i wanted to free rev to 5k, would i be ok with 60s?

im sure someone will ask, but im going 5k because i want full fuel to 4k, not 3800.
