I am in the process of installing a 2011 6.7L Cummins engine into a 2000 Ford Excursion that originally had the V-10 Gasser. Can I get EFI Live tuning for it now or in the future knowing that the DPF/EGR etc. are not part of the conversion??? This whole EPA thing is a bunch of bull$hit and shouldn't apply in my situation as the vehicle by EPA law only has to conform to the model year of the chassis.
