Gas in tank

so, my beautiful wife took my truck to sam's club the other day (ten days ago) and filled it up while she was there. I just filled up again today and found her receipt in my maint book/fuel log. Turns out she put 12 gallons of gas in my 07 dodge 3500. I didn't notice anything odd driving it during the period, it started rough once and thought I noticed a strange exhaust smell a couple times but there was always another truck around so I blamed them... Anyhow, I only saw the receipt after I put 25 gallons of diesel in the tank (it was below a quarter tank). Is there likely to be any permanent damage? Should I drain the tank still? I've been driving to work for ten days with that gas in the tank but there has been no hard pulls or heavy loads.

The truck is stock other than an edge J/A. I've got about 96k (miles) on the odo right now.

Any advice or soothing words would be awesome about now.
