H & S mini max with water/methanol questions

I am currently running a h &s mini max with hot damn and aggressive turbo tuning. I was told that its not wise to run this tuning with a water methanol injection kit? The reason for concern was issues with timing. If it is ok Could I either run a different timing number on the mini max or should I use mcc to custom tune with the knowledge that the water/meth kit is being used also.
