Just recently did a HG install; which i wasnt present for. My mechanic did it. When we did the HG installed ( new stock HG and ARP 425 ) he installed an Arson IV kit. After the truck checked out good as far as coming up to temp, all was tight and we had to replace 1 cooper washer where the new Cascade Valve went ( to fix a fuel leak ) the truck had some weird/noticable valvetrain noise between 1200-2000rpms regardless if cold or up to temp. And when u go up a grade regardless of the tune on the Mini Maxx the truck surges/ hesitates as it does this the valve train noise gets noisier as the truck hesitates/surges and when it straightens up the valve train noise starts to go away. Any thoughts folks im lost for ideas? Valve lash was redone and all is fine there btw and there are NO codes on dash and. HELP!!!
