CA - looking to get on a drilling rig!

Hey guys, I live in the Santa Barbara county in CA. I have 2 years oil field experience and 1 of those years has been operating a backhoe on location with 3 drilling rigs. Looking to get on a rig as a floor hand/pipe racker. If anyone has any specific companies to look into or any info to help me get on plz let me know.
