CA: Feeler for my 06 Megacab 2500 4x4 CTD Carli Suspension

I am posting this as a feeler to see if there would be any interest in buying my 2006 2500 Megacab SLT 4x4 5.9l CTD with 95k miles. Truck runs great, I change the oil every 3,000 miles and the fuel filter every 6,000 miles. Transmission was rebuilt almost 2 years ago. 4x4 works great, I turn it on once in a while so it stays functional since I mostly do street and highway driving. The AC condenser just started to leak so I need to replace that and recharge the system.

I am looking into getting a new truck and I think trading in my truck as is, I would lose a lot of money to the dealer. So anybody interested in buying my truck? If not, I will part it out, sell all the parts here and trade the truck in stock.

95k miles on 5.9 CTD and about 13k miles on rebuilt trans (have receipt it cost me about $2500 by AAMCO)
