trans problem?

i have a 07 mega cab with 90hp and a killerb with fass pump and stage 4 bd trans with flex plate and triple disc torque converter. I put the new h&s programmer in it with torque managament and i went for a drive. let the truck hit 30 km then put the peddle half way down the the trans just went know where and that was only the second setting on programmer. the stage 4 trans should have held no problem??
anyone else having issues with h&s torque lock or 5,9 programmers or is it just the guy that put my trans together that messed up??
