Another Smarty Question

I have tried searching through the forums first but havent found a straight answer. I finally got my new dual disc in and gauges so Im comfortable running my smarty. My question is about timing. On the back on mine it says evens add timing and odds dont. So which should i run and what timing setting should i put it on. Stock Turbo and Injectors and 6 speed tranny
