This is an off the wall inquiry which just has me puzzled to death.
I have a Viper alarm and remote starter installed on my 05 since day one. In the past I the starter would kick on and run for the set amount of time with only the parking lights lit. For some odd reason it now illuminates the headlights now too when auto starting!
I had this happen once before and somehow got it to revert back to just parking lights (which I obviously want) but have no idea what I did to return it to this. Anyone have a clue what to do on this stupid issue? Im thinking its a setting done from the remote by pushing some series of buttons or something. The starter works like a champ with the delay and also the turbo timer which cools it down for 2 minutes before shutting itself off. Great product, I just dont need to blind people in the apartments around me while warming this thing up before work! Any amateur electronic guru's out there?
