07 Dually fender mount point

I took my truck to the body shop the other day and today when I washed it I found fiberglass cracks around the front marker light.

I was thinking they may have unbolted the rear of the fender to fix damage and used force to hold it open causing cracks.

So i am looking for a rear fender diag to see if there is a mounting brace by the front marker.

any help?
