When i bought my truck just over 2 years ago body wise it was pretty rough. I was originally restore a 71' Firebird. That all changed though when i pulled of the chrome molding and found rust.

I cut out the rust, sand blasted, and epoxied the inside only to have it return a few months later.

It blocked out pretty good for me just learning to do body work. I only found 2-3 dings on the hood/roof. This is where i found out the rust had returned. So i bought 2 new fenders and seam sealed them.

While i had them off and welded the inner skirt on i primed and painted the engine bay.

Primed and blocked a second time

Blocked out pretty much perfect this time too.
I final primed and wet sanded with 600 grit. Forgot to take pictures:banghead:

I had a hard time deciding what color to go. I wanted to do something like the porsche macadamia but someone painted their single cab that. I saw a picture a Seanzinator's truck when I first started and wanted to do something similar, but i didn't want to copy someone else's idea. I still feel guilty for doing my truck this. I ended up with Cyber Grey Metallic and Atomic Orange. I spent just under $1200 on Lesonal Base and Universal Clear.
I started and 6 in the morning.
