01 NV5600 swap ?'s

I'm seriously thinking about swapping out this sluggish auto trans for a nv5600!
I found one for sale locally off of a 2001. It's still the same as the ones in 03 - 05 right. Will it go into my 05 without a problem??
I know there's a crap ton of other stuff I need to get to make it work...
